Delivery within the UK mainland is FREE. Sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service. We ship orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days. We regret that we do not currently deliver outside of the UK mainland.

Live in TA11 or BA6 postcode area? We offer a FREE, same-day personal delivery service, (no couriers!), to our local customers. If you order before 9am Monday to Friday we will deliver that same afternoon.

Please note that unless you add a large or small "You are Loved" box to your order, items in our Top-up Shop are sent in plain recyclable mailing bags NOT in our signature You are Loved boxes.
