Sale Items Return Policy
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are strictly subject to the statutory minimum 14-day cancellation period under UK law.

- Change of Mind: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to cancel your order and return the item. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
- Exclusions: We do not accept change-of-mind returns on sale items beyond this 14-day statutory period. Extended holiday or promotional return windows do not apply to discounted items.
- Return Costs: The customer is fully responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns on sale items.
- Condition: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to deduct a fee if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary.
- Faulty Items: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items will be fully refunded or replaced within 30 days of receipt.
